Registration and Statutory Compliances of Adhyatmic Sadhna Sangh (Regd.)
  1. Adhyatmic Sadhna Sangh is registered as a Society under the Indian Societies Registration Act, 1860 at Delhi vide Sl. No. 5021 dated 17 July 1971.
  2. Adhyatmic Sadhna Sangh, New Delhi is registered u/s. 12(A) (a) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 vide Commissioner of Income Tax Letter No.CIT-II/ TE(107)/75/ dated 31 –X -75 and entered at No. DL I(C)(I-561 in the Register of Applications u/s 12A (a) maintained in the office of CIT.
  3. Since 1996 the Society is registered with the Ministry of Home Affairs for receipt of Foreign Contributions in its designated bank account. Renewal of Registration for receipt of foreign donations was granted to the Society in terms of provisions contained in Section 16 of Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Rules, 2011 as amended from time to time vide Govt of India, Min of Home Affairs, Foreigners Division(FCRA Wing) Order No. 0300122732016 dated 05-08-2016. The Registration Number is 231650822.
